Refund policy

At Remwear, we want you to love what you wear. Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are non-refundable. Exchanges and/or store credit are offered within 30 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items; otherwise, a $5.95 fee applies. To protect our community, we monitor return patterns—excessive or unsellable returns may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
